We do not raise our prices for Holiday's or Sturgis.

A minimum 3 night stay required for ALL CABINS & DECKHOUSE during Holidays, Sturgis Rally & planned area events

 

               We offer 10% discounts for Active Military, Veteran, First Responders                  & Senior Citizens (65+)

 Guest must show military ID or first responder card during check in to receive  discount

CANCELLATION POLICIES

​

  All cancellations must be done by email to:    reservations@custercrazyhorsecampground.com  

​

• Any reservation that is NOT cancelled via email or does not show up will be charged for all unpaid nights reserved.

• Cancellations made (14) fourteen days before your arrival will be refunded 1st night deposit, less a 25% cancellation process fee.

• Cancellations made (7) seven days before your arrival will not be refunded the 1st night deposit.

• HOLIDAY & STURGIS CANCELLATIONS must be made (30) thirty days before your stay to receive the first night deposit refund, minus a 25% cancellation processing fee.

• No refunds for early departure

• No refunds are given after check-in

• NO ARRIVALS AFTER DUSK due to terrain and narrow roads

• We escort all of our campers to their site 

• CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 a.m. 

• CHECK IN TIME IS 2:00 p.m. Check in prior to 12:00 Noon will be                              assessed an extra 1/2 day rate charge

• All guests are welcome to use our restrooms, showers and laundry facilities.          All are open 24-7 during season.  $2.00 to wash, $1.50 to dry.  Purchase quarters in the office during business hours.

• No smoking in any buildings on the campground, there will be a                      $250.00 cleaning fee charged to your account.

ALL OF YOUR GUEST VISITORS MUST STOP AND RECIEVE A CAR PASS AT CHECK-IN OFFICE PRIOR TO GOING TO YOUR CAMPSITE

• 5 People per site, additional $5.00 per person over 14 years 

• Bare Site no electricity, water spigots, restrooms & showers close by

• Additional tents must be approved at check in, if approved there                                                                   will be a $10.00 charge for extra sleeping tents.  (No charge for canopy or food tents)          

• Water & Electric:  Does not include pop ups, tear drops, tent trailers & camper vans 

• Each tent site includes fire pit and picnic table

• BBQ grill on the deck

• No Charcoal grills allowed on the deck

• No Pets allowed in Deck House

• We do not supply sheets, blankets or pillows, bathroom towels, dish rags or hand towels

• The Deck House is on the second floor above the public bathrooms and showers, NOT ground level entry, there is a flight of stairs to climb to access the deckhouse
